M-CSF 也稱為 CSF-1，是一種四α螺旋束細(xì)胞因子，是巨噬細(xì)胞存活、增殖和分化的主要調(diào)節(jié)劑 。M-CSF 蛋白對(duì)于破骨細(xì)胞祖細(xì)胞的存活和增殖也至關(guān)重要。M-CSF 還可啟動(dòng)和增強(qiáng)巨噬細(xì)胞對(duì)腫瘤細(xì)胞和微生物的殺傷，調(diào)節(jié)巨噬細(xì)胞釋放細(xì)胞因子和其他炎癥調(diào)節(jié)劑，并刺激胞飲作用 。
